THE ASSET BASE
Modern machinery, powered three ways
THREE SOURCES OF POWER — BUILT FOR COST & RESILIENCE
Solar power · 25-yr PPA
A Nov 2025 power purchase agreement secures 100% of a solar developer's output for 25 years.
Captive steam & multi-fuel boiler
Our boiler runs on agricultural waste, coal and biomass — flexible, low cost energy.
State grid (MSEDCL)
Grid supply as backstop — a share that shrinks as solar and captive generation scale up.
OUR ESG MODEL
A circular, compliance-aligned operation
THE LOOP CLOSES — YESTERDAY’S BOXES BECOME OUR RAW MATERIAL
01
Recycled OCC
Old corrugated cartons & mixed waste paper collected from the regional belt.
02
Pulping & cleaning
Fibre recovered and screened;
contaminants segregated and sold to local recyclers.
03
Kraft paper
High-tensile kraft formed, dried and wound to customer specification.
04
Corrugated boxes
Converters turn our paper into boxes for FMCG, e-commerce & pharma.
↺
Back to OCC
Used boxes re-enter the waste stream – and return to us as feedstock.
MATERIAL
100% recycled fibre
No virgin trees felled -aligned with India’s ~74–76% recycled-fibre paper base.
WATER
Zero Liquid Discharge
Process water treated and reused; no effluent ever leaves the facility.
ENERGY
25-yr solar PPA
100% offtake of a solar developer’s output, steadily cutting carbon intensity.
QUALITY
ISO 9001:2015
Certified processing, with by products like boiler ash diverted to local reuse.

Advanced Pulping and Cleaning Processes
Our recycling plant is equipped with state-of-the-art pulping equipment, which efficiently breaks down used kraft paper materials into pulp. We employ various methods, including hydraulic and mechanical pulping, to ensure that we extract maximum fibre content from the collected materials. In addition, our cleaning utilize advanced technology to remove coatings, and impurities, resulting in a cleaner and more refined recycled pulp.

Innovative Refining and Mixing
To enhance the quality and strength of our recycled kraft paper, we employ cutting-edge refining and mixing equipment with Hot dispersion system. Our machinery allows us to precisely control fibre characteristics and create custom pulp blends to meet specific product requirements. This innovation ensures that our recycled kraft paper maintains the durability and reliability that customers expect.

High-Efficiency Paper Machine
At the heart of our recycling plant is a high-efficiency paper machine that transforms recycled pulp into new kraft paper sheets. Our machine is equipped with the latest technology, including a sophisticated headbox, press section, drying section with QCS. This setup enables us to produce recycled kraft paper that meets industry standards for strength, smoothness, and thickness.

Quality Control and Testing
We take quality seriously, and our technology investments reflect that commitment. Throughout the paper manufacturing process, we have strategically placed quality control and testing stations equipped with cutting-edge sensors and gauges. These systems monitor and ensure that our recycled kraft paper adheres to strict quality standards, delivering a consistent and reliable product to our customers.

Environmental Sustainability
Our technology extends beyond the production process; it also underscores our dedication to environmental sustainability. Our recycling plant incorporates environmentally friendly equipment and practices. We employ 0 discharge of water, energy-efficient machinery and emissions control to minimize our ecological footprint. By recycling kraft paper, we contribute to the conservation of natural resources and a greener future. Committed to ecological sustainability, we've proudly installed a 1 MW solar power plant to power our operations responsibly and reduce our carbon footprint.

Research and Development
Innovation is in our DNA. Our dedicated research and development team continuously explores new technologies and techniques to improve our recycling processes. We stay at the forefront of advancements in paper recycling to ensure that our products remain environmentally responsible and of the highest quality.
